By turning on hyphenation for the applied ParaStyle - or locally for the paragraph.

Can you turn on "Show hidden characters" and post your screenshot again? It looks like you have some extra spaces?

Yes, of course, you can post it here - part or whole document - or post it on priv - click my nickname.
I'm pretty sure, @Laubender won't mind it either.

I don't have your font - but there is not much you can do - unless you make the image smaller.
Even turing Hyphenation ON doesn't help.

As Robert says, the root of the problem is that the measure is too small to allow InDesign to compose the type elegantly. You could, though, improve it slightly by allowing some Letter Spacing in the Justification settings.
By the way, there seems to be a character style applied to the whole run of text which is not neccessary and will make it harder to see what any change to the paragraph style does.

Hi @James3669094303ct , you could try a less strict Hyphenation & Justification setting—tighten the maximum allowed Word Spacing and allow more flexibility in the Letter Spacing and Glyph Scaling. Something like this:

Hi @James3669094303ct ,
and disable Overprint Preview.
Then hidden characters should be visible.

Hi @James3669094303ct ,
thank you for the sample InDesign document.
Alright, I had a missing font error about Roboto font when I opened your sample InDesign document and activated the font through Adobe Fonts. That gave the composition engine something like a "kick" and the composition turned out this way:
So the question is what kind of Roboto font you are currently using. If one from Google Fonts I'd test an activated Roboto from Adobe Fonts. But for that test you have to uninstall the Roboto font files from your system.
