How do I get in touch with Adobe?

New Here ,
Dec 08, 2022 Dec 08, 2022

I have tried sending Adobe an email and just tried to chat with them. After waiting for a long time I was connected with one from their support team. After one message she left the chat - without saying goodbye, and without having answered my question.

Does anyone have an e-mail to contact them?

Hi Matt:

Can you tell us what this is about? If it is about a software feature, or troubleshooting an installation, we can likely help here. If it is about billing, that does need to be handled by Adobe Customer Care. I'd recommend reaching out again via the Chat.

Hi Barb
Thanks for replying.

I tried that several times. The agent keeps writing they have 'another best offer' and keep offering Acrobat, After Effects etc. and they end the chat when I decline their offers. Without answering my question.

Feel like a customer service e-mail is the only way to get any help, but I can't seem to find a valid e-mail address.

Well that's not OK, but Adobe doesn't offer direct email support. Is it possible for us to help you here?

Try another agent:

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

You may also be able to contact Adobe by phone:

or Twitter:

@MetteKP

Adobe does not do support by email. It sounds (suspiciously) like you are talking to a scammer purporting to be Adobe.

  • How was the initial contact made? Did they send you a PM? If so, click the envelope in the upper right  and see if the message is still there.
  • Is the email address .adobe.com (from Adobe), .outlook.com (from a scammer), or ???

Can you post a copy of one of the emails? Start to do a forward or reply first, so we can see the full address, then take a screenshot, then cancel.

Do not send them money!

Try the link to auto-open the Chat for Adobe Customer Care:

If your browser blocks the Chat window, try the troubleshooting tips here:

If you can't find out why your browser is blocking Chat, you can also send a tweet to @AdobeCare.
