How do I get InDesign CC13.0?

I launch my InDesign via the Creative Cloud app in the menubar. The version that launches is 12.1.0.56. I am receiving files from clients in version 13.0 that I have to convert. How can I get v13.0? The app only offers to open InDesign and not update it.

CC2018 requires Mac OSX 10.11 or later. If you're on an earlier O/S it won't be available.
