How do you keep photos/logos with pertinent copy in a long directory listing?

Anyone know how to keep logos/photos with the company paragraph in a 16-page listing? As edits are made, I want the art to stay with its paragraph. Help? Here's a screenshot:

I think the easiest way to anchor your images to the text is to drag from the blue square in the top right corner of any graphic frame to the end of a paragraph. If you Alt/Opt click on the resulting anchor (make sure Type > Show Hidden Characters is activated), you can set anchor preferences.
