I have a table filled with text. I want to adjust the text in all cells at once... specifically the tracking. I can't figure out how to do this! And I can't find anything online about it... just regular text... not text in cells. Thanks!
Why not build a Paragraph Style with the tracking set the way you want it? You could apply the Paragraph Style to the text in a table or anywhere else you want that look or tracking.

One way is to edit the paragraph style that you are using in the cells. It may be called "Table Text" or another name.
If you are not currently using paragraph styles, create one from formatted text, select multiple cells, and apply it.

Mike and I both chimed in at 7:20 with pretty much the same answer, but worded different ways: use paragraph styles!

Thank you both! That makes sense. It is already built, so it's a pain... but it would be no more work than what I was doing. Thank you so much!

You're welcome, Julie,
Once the paragraph style is created, you can select multiple cells and rows to apply it.
If you are using cell styles, you can apply a paragraph style as part of the cell style.
And once you have the paragraph style, you can update the tracking later if you need to. If you need to make this change a second, third, or tenth time, you'll be glad you took the time to use styles!
