How to automate a job in InDesign with XMpie

Hi, I'm new to InDesign and XMPie and I have a job I created in InDesign 2019 that I run twice a week for multiple files each day.

Right now to create a pdf I need to 

Open InDesign

Select the csv file

Go to XMPie uCreate Print

Dynamic Print

Select all records

Choose cut and stack or step and repeat based on the number of records 

Create the pdf.

I need to automate this process but I do not know how to start.

Can anyone help me?
