How to call an item from the UI menu?

Hello!

I want to call an item from the UI, but don't know how.

Maybe its somethin like "menu action 123"

set theName to menu action 123 --> menu action id 6195 of application "Adobe InDesign CS5.5"

trying that in AS returns something like above. But how do I call the

> Object > Group

> Object > Ungroup

menues? Where can I find the IDs?
