I have this newspaper in the format of an A4 sheet folded in the middle. It's easy to setup InDesign to work this way, also it's easy to print using the booklet print option in File's menu. However, to send to a third person the file to print is a problem. Let's see...
I am trying some third part software. Still didn't find a PDF virtual printer - will solve the problem by simply printing the booklet to a PDF file instead of PS. Some apps convert the PS to PDF but does not have options so I can turn the sheet to have the right orientaion.
Anyway, any ideas?

Acrobat Reader has a Print Booklet function. Export a normal reader PDF and have the 3rd party print printer spreads from Acrobat:

Yes, but it does not print to file, only direct to printer - that's why I was looking for a virtual printer to save into a PDF file, and did't find.
Even clicking in "Printer..." button, it does not allow to save as PDF.

I think Rob's point here is that the end user can print the booklet from single pages direcct to their own printer in Acrobat, if they want to print.
Frankly, a newspaper distributed as an imposed booklet would be a real pain for anyone who just wants to read it on the screen, whereas a single consecutive pages documnet can be read on screen or printed as booklet according to the user's whim and is a lot friendlier.

This is very close to a solution, thought:

By installing this PPD, the PS file have followed the indd sheet definitions, and when opening in Acrobat the job is right! Than I can save it to a PDF file.
Is not the best of the best solution because each file conversion can result in flaws, but will save me a lot of time!
Any further contributions are welcome!
