I created this folder but but I want to save as PDF so I can send to printing company so it can be a folder. I understand I have to save each section seperately. How do I do each one seperatey?

Ask the printer how they want to receive it. But...just looking at that tells me this is not going to work. The flaps for the inside need to be printed on the other side.

The company that is going print this should send you a template to lay out your art on - that way it will correspond to the cutting die that they already have available.
It will look something like below (but size and shape will vary according to their die)
