how to get the same tab in different parts of my text

I created this tab and it worked for the first line, but I need ot use it again, how can I get that to worK?

It looks as if you're not using styles. Unlike Word etc., styles are an absolutely integral part of using InDesign effectively.

 

But specifically:

  • Make your sample paragraph a separate named style ("Bullet Item" or similar).
  • Apply that style to each identical line.
  • Any changes you make to any example of that style can be used to update all of its instances.

 

So if you use the instance with the tab as your source and create/save the style, applying that style to the other bullet lines will bring the defined font, color, bullet styling.... and tabs.
