Hi all
I need some help/suggestion on the photo attached.

I have some numbering list where some of the points contains multiple paragraph as a single point.

If you see the image attached, the one at the left side is what I want. I have marked the second paragraph with magenta.
Some of the points contains more than 2 paragraphs.

Any help/suggestion, how this can be achieved.

Here in the example at the left side of I have used a soft return but there are two issues.

First, its difficult to manually give soft return in the whole book wherever numbering lists appear.

Second, when I give soft return, the last line gets full justified as my numbering list is in Right Justified setting. I also want the paragraph to be indented.

The only good solution is to create a second paragraph style that matches the indentation of the numbered paragraph, has (probably) a bit less top spacing but matching bottom spacing. So your flow would be:

1. Numbered paragraph, Style A

2. Numbered paragraph, Style A

Second paragraph of #2, Style B

3. Numbered paragraph, Style A

Numbering will remain in order and consistent, but be sure to assign a list name to the A style in these cases.

The only other methods involve soft returns, which (as you've almost discovered) should be avoided in ID formatting except in very specific, limited situations.
