File > Save As > InDesign CS4 or Latter (IDML). Or if you use File > Package make sure the IDML option is selected.

Open the IDML file in CS4 or later.

Photoshop won't be a problem because it's working with a  bitmap image. You'll have to ask in the Premiere Pro forum about Premiere.

InDesign stores its files as a "database" and it changes the structure with each major version so it can't work like that.

Hi Chico,

better ask in the respective forums:

Photoshop

Premiere Pro CC

FWIW: Depending on the features you are using with PhotoShop, yes, I can see issues if you try to open a CC 2019 PhotoShop file with e.g. PhotoShop CS6. You will succeed to open the file, but you perhaps will lose editability in some respects. Think of new features with e.g. Smart Objects.

Regards,
Uwe
