I set up a master page and managed to get the first text flow to work for multiple pages, however, when I try to set up another text flow box and place a different set of text it doesn't work for the other pages. It seems to work fine just for the first set but doesn't recongise the other text box as connected to the next pages? Any suggestions?

From what I can see, you can have only one flow of text through primary frames on any parent page. To have a second flow of text through the pages, you will have to hold down shift when linking the text to it so that if autoflows to the next pages.
