I have added document page hyperlinks to master pages in indesign but they aren't working in the document pages. I tried overriding master pages and they still don't drive to the linked page. What am I doing wrong?

Hi all so I called Adobe support on this. The resolution was that it seems that there were buttons underlying a handful of hyperlinks so when exporting the file the hyperlinks were not working.

Once I removed the action from those buttons and re-added all the hyperlinks they worked.
