Hyperlinks working in interactive PDF, but not publish online

New Here ,

Hello,

I used publish online for a client. The hyperlinks included on the inital "publish online" document all worked. Now, some hyperlinks won't work in the "publish online" link even though all hyperlinks work in the hyperlinks panel of the In Design document and in an Interactive PDF export.

I have looked for other posts on the topic and as someone else had suggested, removed the paragraph styles and re-formatted a new text box, to no avail.

All links that don't work are in the same column of text.

Please advise!

Do you have anything above that column? Even an empty frame can interfere with the links.

No empty frames. I have also resaved the file and published a new document.

Is there anything else I can try to troubleshoot?
