I can't change the text upper part of the document

Hello!

For some reason I cannot find a way how to change that text on the upper part of the document. It appears on every page and I'm supposed to change the date on that "Luonnos 18.12.2023". The document is made by someone else, so I do not know how they made that. Can anyone help me?
