I try to build a Plug-In for CS5.5

Therefor I've created a simpe DollyXS-Project.

My UIE.fr-File is requiring per se the WidgetID.h.

That header is requiring the AppUIID.h.

And AppUIID.h is missing kDisplayChangeMsg, at line 173.

When commenting out that line 173, not the value at line 174 is missed, but that one at line 175.

At which files these values are defined (obviously not all at a single file).
