Image Box Showing Shadow - Only When Printing

Any idea on why this might be happening? This doesn't show on the InDesign file or the PDF preview but shows when printing. I have recently changed the design at the bottom but nothing else. Only started happening recently.

I have printed it directly off InDesign and the box disappears. This seems to only be an issue when exported as a PDF and printing from there.

Did you flatten the PDF when exporting?
