Whether or not GPU performance is turned off or not, I'm unable to view the imported imagery in InDesign CC 2020.

I've had so many issues with Adobe lately (running Mac Catalina and prior). Anyone know if some widespread horrors are happening with Adobe?

Hi,

Is this something new you are seeing in ID 2020, was it working fine before. Which type of images you have tried with, png/ jpg/psd?

Please send me few images (ansjain@adobe.com) with which you are facing the issue.

Regards
-Anshul

It was working fine before the update. Since this post, I've noticed that I'm only able to view images in Typical Display performance. Not High Quality as I have been.

Hi,

are you able to export highres PDFs from the placed images?

Best check that with a custom PDF preset for PDF/X-4 where you do not downsample image data.

Actually, I'm having trouble exporting pdfs and packaging. I keep getting the error message:

"this document contains links to files/urls) that are not accessible"

Yet, all links are connected. This is frustrating!
