Hi

We are using PDF import options in InDesign. We are using the same PDF and InDesign which was used to create PDF.

While viewing the comments in PDF it look fine as below
Acrobat Pro view

acrobat screenshot.JPG
While loading that comments pdf in InDesign character "y" also shows delete mark as below:
InDesign output

Please let us know why its shows like this.

Hi @Ganesh_In,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the screenshot. Is it possible for you to share the version of InDesign and the operating system you're working on? Please try to copy the text from this file into a new file and confirm if the issue occurs in the new file as well.

Thanks,

Harshika

Hi Ganesh,

it's a known issue and a bug that was introduced in Indesign 15.

I made a lots of threads here about it, but the Adobe team doesn't seem to care, since this issue has been here for four years.
