My indesign file won't save as a print pdf

Can you please provide more information:

InDesign Version
System Configuration
Is it happening with single document or multiple document?

Print PDF is not a menu "save as". This is menu for print (CTRL+P) and than choose Adobe PDF printer

Remember, never say you can't do something in InDesign, it's always just a question of finding the right workaround to get the job done. © David Blatner
