But it's a balancing act - making Creative Cloud apps better and easier to use while still supporting older versions. Creative Cloud customers can download and install only the two most recent "major versions" of Creative Cloud. Hence, 16.3 being a minor version is not available. We are focusing on developing new features and functionality leveraging technological improvements and ensuring peak performance across all Creative Cloud apps and services. This enables customers to focus on letting their creativity shine. We encourage our customers to use the latest versions to take advantage of new features, performance, and security enhancements.
Hi Vivek, you are not accounting for third party plugin that are based on whatever timing they choose. In our case, we need to be using IND 2021 and not IND 2022 and the release of the third party plugin was not within the major version of IND 2021. For this reason now that we upgrade to 2021 from 2020 (don't ask we follow our multinational client slow upgrade schedule) we are suddenly unable to use critical plugin we used in IND 2020. Any chance we could beg for a 16.3 dowload, happy to share all the details with you if it could help.

The rollout of 16.3 did not begin yet as it is in PreRelease Phase at the moment. It will take a while until all problems are cleared and the roll-out is not everywhere starting at the same time.
