InDesign 19 Freezing and Not Responding After Basic Actions

The app constantly freezes for a little while after everything what I try to do.

I have 22 almost blank pages except for cover and 2 pages with plain text, used Allura font for headings text copied 1 image from browser to cover page and added PNG file I created in photoshop - linked from local folder.

That's all I have in the project.

Does anyone know what issue might be? Tried to restart my PC didn't help. I watched my CPU and everything from HW prespective is ok. Also the app often stop responding and have to kill it trough task manager..

What operations are you performing?

What is the Display Performance setting - global and per object?

Do you have CC Library panel visible?

On PC, Windows 10 with 2 monitors (FHD + 4K).

Don't know what you mean by Display Performance setting.

For CC Library panel I don't think so , see below screenshot:

But I am running 3D apps with rendering etc. with no problem.

Yes it is, currently 19.5.
