InDesign 2019 automatically adds number to filename...?

I am using the Dutch version of InDesign and it automatically adds this to the filename when working with the files:

GEREED-C02LRR7VFH00

Anyone knows what this is...? And how to prevent it from happening? Working on an updated Mac.

That's quite strange. So, before you package it's not there?

Are you using any third party plugins? Packaging from a content management system?

It happens when I save (cmd-s) an existing document. It's always the exact same code. No extensions in use. I get the idea this isn't a known InDesign option... Maybe it's system related.
