Indesign file assistance with lines under text and across the entire text box field

Hello

I was hoping someone would be able to assist me. I am trying to figure out how to create text boxes like this one, (image attached) in InDesign. Thank you in advance for any help.

Try turning on Paragraph Rule Below as part of your paragraph style.

Thank you, I did that and I have that working! 🙂  However, I am not seeing where I can make the font one color and the Paragraph Rule of lines as a different color.

Ooops nevermind! I figured that out. Now I'm trying to figure out how to make only the top of the paragraph a solid color.

Not sure waht you mean. You can adjust a rule width and offset, or perhaps Paragraph Sahding would do what you want.
