Indesign heading/chapter

Hi all.

I have a problem. I am working with indesign and i do have new chapter on every-second page. Right now I am working with 110 pages document and we have decided that we have to change the numbering of it. It would be difficult as hell to copy pages from page 95. to 10. also with headings and so on...

My Question is:

Is it somehow possible to move one page to another? e.g. make page 96 => page10 together with heading?
