You could add a couple of points to the picture box, and use option +pen tool to curve it.

Or you could put your image in a rectangular box, then create a box with the curve to place over it. Either way, make the box bigger than the bleed so you can add the wide white stroke, and have its edges fall outside of the bleed area.
