Hi, Keyboard shortcuts have suddenly stopped working for me, only in Indesign, no other apps, working on Mac Studio 2023, M2 Max. Indesign shortcuts work for me at a different office location, but not in my workplace office, any ideas to fix?
Missing keyboard shortcuts within InDesign are usually a result of some other program running in the background using the same keystokes and taking precedence. To find out what other program(s) this might be try rebooting your computer and then only opening InDesign. If the key commands now work then you'll know that this is a matter of another program interference. You can then launch the other programs one at a time to see which one is interfering. You may have to ultimately solve the problem by changing some InDesign key commands using Edit>Keyboard shortcurs.
Thanks, seems like this is the case. I've just resterted and re-opened only Indesign and they're working. I'll keep an eye on what happens with other apps opened.
