Hi All,
I have just installed CC on my new Mac Pro 23 and I am having trouble launching InDesign. I have to uninstall it to launch it, but once the application is closed, the icon will bounce once attempting to open and then just not open. So I have to uninstall and then install again to be able to use it, but the same thing occurs when I close the application. Photoshop and Illustrator work fine no issues.
Has anyone had the same issue and knwo the fix please?
Thanks,
Stu

So I have tried this now and it does'nt work unfortunately. The icon bounces once the intro starts and then just quits with no messages. If I have the software on my old mac, but am locked out, will that cause an issue?

What OSversion, and what Graphics card + how much RAM are you running? Most problems with InDesign are related to fonts. Clean up any fonts that you suspect do not have rigourous quality control (Disable temporarily by moving to a folder. If InDesign works normally, try installing a few at a time till you find out what font is causing problem)

are you're running the latest version of Ventura? if not, then update - it fixed similar issues for many users.
