INDesign page not rendering

Does anyone know this bug keeps happening in INDesign please?

For no apparent reason, the paste board turns entirely grey and you cannot see the page.

The only way to fix it is to quit and re-open.

Incredibly frusrating.

Probably hapens 4-5 time s aday.

This document or all? If just this one, export it to IDML and open that to continue working. If it's all, then reset your preferences.
