InDesign PDF Export & File package Issues

Exporting PDFs:
I am unable to export neither an Interactive nor Print PDF from InDesign.
The software keeps displaying ' Failed to export' & the PDF remains at 0 KB.

While exporting either PDF - Indesign stops responding (as per screenshot) - and after a few seconds the PDF fails to export.

Any settings I need to change or select for the PDF to export correctly?

Packaging Open Files:
I am currently experiencing the issue where Indesign is not packaging any open file, small or large.
I have tried:
• Packaging with all settings  - unsuccessful
• Packaging with 'Include IDML & Include PDF' unticked - this worked previously, however is no longer working.

Any suggestions or settings I can try for the Open file to successfully package?

Try exporting ranges - like half the book - 1-50 then try 51-100 etc.

If not working then try 1-25 then try 25-50

Whatever side it's failing on is where the error is and you can narrow page(s) down and find the error.
