Hi All,
We are getting a message on some layouts, via the Indesgn Server console logs, that the layout contains a missing plugins and then our scriot stops. But when we open the same layout on Indesign CC2022 desktop, that has no plugins installed we get no such message nor can we see anywhere that might show what plugins are being used? How can we locate why this message is being sent by Indesign Server? We are using IDS CC2022.
regards

HEADING should have been:

If you have a MAC then open the document in InDesign, then click InDesign menu(top left), then click Cmd + About InDesign. It shall give you all the information about the document along with the plugins used and the missing plugins. See the screenshot below
P.S.:- On windows use ctrl instead of cmd, the menu would be in the Help menu.

Thanks Manan
I did check the plugins as suggested, this works well. But this showed no plugins missing or what I could tell custom plugins.
But when I run this same layout through Indesign Server I get this message:
Thu Jul 13 13:25:46 2023 ERROR [server] The document "ESA_IAR_2023_1819_Sec2.indd" uses one or more plug-ins which are not currently available on your system.
SCCoreStickyNotesUI.InDesignPlugin.
I also get this message:
Thu Jul 13 13:25:49 2023 WARN [server] ESA_IAR_2023_1819_Sec2.indd uses one or more plug-ins that are not currently available on your system. Book operations will be disabled until you replace or delete this document, or install the missing plug-ins.
Any suggestions?

That's strange. Well lets try to remove it from your document. I have a plugin made for this purpose, you can download the same from the link given below and and use it free for 7 days. Use it to remove the missing plugin info and then try, hopefully, it will work.

Thanks Manan, but this is Indesign Server not ID desktop, so your plugin will not work unfortunately. Any other suggestions. I know that saving the layout to IDML and reimporting can help but this then mean relinking etc, but might have to do this.

You can use my plugin on a desktop version of InDesign and then save the file for use on InDesign Server. IDML is also a way to solve this, the reason I did not suggest that route is because it might lead to some layout changes and then might require a rework on your part.
