InDesign template previews are blank

Hello!

I have a little problem with the downloadable templates in InDesign. I can see that there are templates there that I could use in the New Document panel, but there are no visible previews for them whatsoever, even when I click "See Preview". I can still download them though, and after that the thumbnail appears, but the "See Preview" panel is still empty.

I know it's a minor problem, I can see and use the templates if I download them, but I'm just curious if there's any possible way to resolve this issue?

I am relatively new to InDesign, so I appreciate any help.

I have the latest version of InDesign on Windows 10.
