Indesign TOC formatting

Hi, I am having difficulties with TOC in Indesign.
 
My goal is to have TOC where name of the product and short description are in the same line (no break line) but they are in different styles. Besides I want to separate them with a hyphen “-“. See picture below.
 
I know that is possible to do it manually by editing each line, but it's not an option since there is more than 200 lines and need to update TOC from time to time. Is it possible to have these settings and still be able to update TOC after I made changes in text? Thanks in advance.
