Insérer un crédit photo automatique sans l'extension

Bonjour,

Je réalise une brochure de 48 pages. 

Pour mes photos, j'ai inséré une légende dynamique afin que mon crédit photo s'importe automatiquement quand je place une image. Cependant l'extension (png, jpg...) s'affiche et je n'en ai pas besoin.

Je ne trouve pas comment la supprimer. Pouvez-vous m'aider ?

À part utiliser une légende statique plutôt que dynamique, je ne vois pas…

Maybe GREP style can hide it? 

\.jpg$|\.png$

And CharStyle with no color, 0.1 point size, 1% horizontal scale, etc.

Live captions (in French, légendes dynamiques) used by @Mathilde311287349hjw are a single character, so GREP won't work here. Live captions must be converted to static captions first.
