Interactive>media> controller>not visible (h.264 codec file)

Hello,

Attempting to insert media mp4 into InDesign and the [controller] options are not available. I made sure the video was encoded as h.264 - but options to select controller are not visible. Thanks for any assistance.

Are you using InDesign 2020, if so,  the controllers  have been dropped in this version, because they were Flash based and all Flash-based items have been dropped as it's now obsolete.

Thank you for your reply. Is there an alternate way to control the skins of the videos that are embedded?
