Interactive PDF doesn't link to set hyperlinks

Hi there!

I'm working on a price list for work which is made of severeal different InDesign files (each file is one segment of the price list). Naturally I created lots of hyperlinks inbetween those segments to make it interactive for our clients later on.

I exported all of those segments as interactive PDFs (all in one folder) and created one single PDF in Adobe Acrobat.

Now the problem is, that Acrobat detects/shows that there were hyperlinks but when I click on them, it doesn't jump to the page it should. When I look at the information behind the hyperlink, it's still linked to the InDesign file.

How can I fix that?
