Interactive PDF - Main Menu Buttons Stick!

I have created a main menu with 8 buttons. When I rollover them, they begin to stick in their 'rollover' state - rather than go back to the 'normal' state.

I'm using the most update version of InDesign CC and Acrobat CC for Mac. I have tried buttons on a Windows machine with the same issues.

NOTE: The first button on the left has no rollover sate - is supposed to be 'on'. It's the other buttons that have the problem.

Any help would be very appreciated. I'm working on a tight deadline for a client and need this resolved ASAP.

While it is not a solution, this workaround may work:

Instead of using rollover appearance, use a combination rollover action of show the effect, and rolloff action of hide the effect.
