Is there javascript code that will assign a keyboard shortcut to the File menu?

Hi! I recently got Keith Gilbert's excellent script to set InDesign preferences to one's liking. 

My issue is that for some reason when loading the script, the default cmd+W command to Close in the File menu disappears.

I there code I can add to the end of Keith's script to restore the default? Thanks!

I would just email Keith and let him know it's happening. I think he's pretty responsive.
