Issue with importing index into indesign

Hi there, I am having an issue importing a complex index into InDesign. It seem like all is tagged correctly, but the topics dont seem to be in the generated index. In the word document both appear.

Any thoughts?

Do you have an Alert message when you try to generate the Index?

Did you turn on Index Text in the Word Import Options dialog box when placing the Word doc into InDesign?
