jumping text

I don't understand why the position of the text changes. If I copy or just move the headings to the bottom of the page, they jump. All the settings and sizes are the same.
If I export it to pdf, I can still see it.

Vertical text moves can be caused by:

1. Baseline alignment (or its missing)
2. Offset of the text frames and the first line settings there.
3. Text shift in the style
4. Offset in a text cell

None of these settings we know. Check it.

It seems that the text is aligned on the baseline grid. And why do yo use so many frames?

I see that you make a list of color translation from spot colors to process colors. It has nothing to do with your question. But are you aware that those fixed numbers are not valid as long as no condition, the color profile, is given. These numbers can vary and the user should not use these fixed numbers and use the color management system.
