Justification: Having Issues With Uneven Spacing after Colons

Hi, there...

Justification issues...

My company is having problems with uneven spacing after our colons...as you'll see some appear to have one space and others appear to have two or three, even though we are consistently spacing twice. 

 

Assistance please?

It looks like that's just because your text is justified. If you can't change it to left-aligned, then maybe try replacing the two regular spaces with two fixed-width nonbreaking spaces?

Type > Insert White Space > Nonbreaking Space (Fixed Width)

If you want to do a global find/replace, the symbol for a fixed-width nonbreaking space is ^s (in the Text tab).
