make a single file on a book panel

Hi,

In Grimms book panel, there are two documents: Cover and TOC.

Is there any way to combine them into one single file?

Should I create it from scratch?

You can move pages between documents

Then remove the file you don't need from the book panel. 

And ensure you update the page numbering through the book panel options.
