Make interface darker than the default limit

I am using Adobe InDesign CC 2018 (v 13.0.1 - x64). Is there any way to make the interface darker than the actual limit? Maybe there's any registry edit that enables to do so?

Yes. Is there a way to make this even darker than the swatch on the left hand side?

Not possible.
Not even by scripting.

Well, I was hoping that there would be some tweaking in the program files or registry. Thanks for answering.
