Hi. I'm Zana Arcan. I am a physics teacher and author of physics question banks. Together with my 5 friends who write Physics question banks like me, we want to upload our multiple choice questions in all our books to the website by filtering them according to subject headings (electricity, optics, etc.). The physics questions we wrote were created with Adobe indexing.1. Question: How should we upload the questions to the system (website) 2. Question: Physics questions will be selected by a user in accordance with the filters (for example, 80 of 500 questions from optics) should be automatically placed on the A4 page.

Adobe Indexing? What is it? Here the forum of InDesign.

Purpose 1. : Filtering the questions (multiple choice) written in Adobe InDesing according to the subject headings and publishing them on the website. Question 1: Is it advantageous to do this after exporting as pdf? Question 2: Is there any other way to do this without degrading the image quality (also printing) of the questions?
Purpose 2: After the users click on the questions they like among the questions filtered according to their topics (eg optics, electricity, pressure) and place these questions on the resulting pages perfectly.

This sounds like a question about implementing a website feature. InDesign is not the application for this. In the Adobe Creative Cloud suit, Dreamweaver might be the application to consider.

Hi,
If the document containing the data was created with InDesign and you want to upload it to a website already existing, the answer is to export the page or document to HTML and upload that ("File - Export - HTML).
Aside from that, whatever after processing the data might need, that would be HTML (website) related, so outside of InDesign realm.
Best regards

Sorry, my Turkish is not up to date. If you try English and you try explaining your problem with a bit more of detail (parameters), you might find help from someone.
Best regards
Ps. My own language is not English.

What you are looking for—as far as I can tell—is a database that will export to a publication format. InDesign can help with the second half of that by supporting import of certain kinds of marked-up, preformatted text, but it's not going to be a strong solution for the database and sorting functions.

I think the original post means:
question banks = question books;
indexing = InDesign.
Ultimately, it sounds like the question is-
How do we get our InDesign content that contains vector information into a format that be used online and filtered through a search engine of sorts.
That is still a very hard question to answer. Are you able to provide samples of the questions in PDF that we can see so we have an idea of the scope of the project and give you an idea of which direction to pursue?
