Moving Footnotes to Right Column Indesign 2015

Are there any indesign pros out there that can help me get the footnotes to all be on the right column? I’m on CC 2015

These are the options in layout but none of them seem appropriate.

When I click your link, I see page that shows "URL signature expired".

But guessing at what you wanted to show, I'm envisioning one frame divided into to multiple columns, with footnotes. The two options right now are to put the footnotes at the bottom of each column, or span them across all the columns. That's it for Type > Document Footnote Options.

Now, if you have threaded text frames, take a look at this thread from Obi-wan Kenobi​. He's not one to let feature limitations stop him and came up with a creative solution for a similar issue.
