Nested Bullet & Sub-bulleted List

I would like to create a nested bullet and sub-bulleted list paragraph style as shown in the image below. Without having to go back and either make selections by hand, or needing some sort of complicated work-around. Is there a way??

Make the level 2 style first, then make the level 1 style and set level 2 as the Next Style.
