No header fields when importing various excel cell ranges

Hello,

I have a price list which means breaking up an excel into sections and importing into tables. I have named all the cell range sections in Excel, however, they don't include the top column header fields. If i manually add these headers in Indesign, once the excel changes and updates I lose the headers again.

Is there a way to import the top column fields with any cell range?

I hope someone can help.

Hi, I am unsure if you can do that (repeat header row like in e.g. word), but a work-around could be to import the header cell row in its own import and place it at the top of every page you need the table to be at, and then place the rest of the cells below it. Then you will have more links to the table, but they will all update the same, when you update.
