Nonstop alert sound

After updating to 2023, my InDesign's alert sound won't stop during commend actions. For example, "opening document", "create new document", "placing object", "export to PDF", "Save As", "Package", "Print"...etc. Any commend with action window, the "ding" sound instead of playing once, it loops and continues to play until I finish the commend action. 

The alert sound should only play once. How can I correct this?
