Not able to launch Adobe InDesign Client 2021

1. Tried to launch the Indesign client cc17 from Indesign server 2021 (16.2.1) receive the license check (blank page), and when closed it will logout the application.

 

2.  And the other issue we can only install InDesign client version 17, there is no Client 16 available on the creative cloud.

Try resetting your preferences:
The easiest way to reset everything is to delete the InDesign preferences: as soon as InDesign starts to boot hold down Shift, Alt, Ctrl (and Apple/Cmd if working on a Macintosh). A dialog will appear asking to delete the InDesign Preferences, select 'Yes' on this dialog.

Try turning off the GPU Performance in the InDesign settings.
